3. Check-In & Check-Out
- Standard Check-In Time: 02:00 PM
- Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guests may be required to provide identification and booking confirmation during check-in.
4. Payment Terms
- All prices displayed are subject to applicable taxes and government levies.
- Payments may be made through approved online payment gateways or other accepted payment methods.
- The Company reserves the right to modify pricing without prior notice.
- Any pending dues must be cleared before check-out.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking type, package, or promotional offer.
- Eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
- Processing time for refunds may vary depending on banks and payment providers.
- Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, or non-refundable charges may be deducted where applicable.
6. Water Park Rules
- All visitors must follow safety instructions provided by resort staff.
- Appropriate swimwear may be required on certain attractions.
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.
- Visitors use water park facilities at their own risk.

- Outside food, beverages, alcohol, or prohibited items may not be allowed inside designated areas.
7. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward other guests, staff, and property.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Damage to property.
- Illegal activities.
- Violence, harassment, or abusive behavior.

- Activities causing disturbance to other guests.

10. Photography & CCTV Monitoring

By entering the premises, guests acknowledge and consent to such monitoring where permitted by law.
Promotional photographs or videos may occasionally be captured in public areas. Guests who do not wish to appear should notify management.
11. Limitation of Liability
